Can I use a taller tower?
Yes, you can.  If there are tall trees or nearby buildings, you will need to raise the wind rotors above these objects so that it can get a good exposure to the wind.  Because a taller tower is heavier and because the wind load is applied farther from the base, the tower specifications need to be upgraded.  An increased wall thickness, increased pipe diameter, or both is advised.
